The Vine is looking for an energetic, passionate and supportive role model to fill the shoes of a supervisor.
We are interested in candidates with a strong background in events and bookings, and are happy to offer a healthy wage to the right candidate!
The Vine is a gastro pub situated in the heart of Kentish town. We pride ourselves on our fresh seasonal menu, ever-changing real Ales and great wine list.
We have a lively bar, ambient dining spaces with an open kitchen and a leafy front garden that serves its purpose well for the warmer weather. With two upstairs function rooms, this allows us to host various functions and events adding to the lively buzz that the Vine see's each week.
The right Supervisor must have previous experience in the following areas:
- opening, setup and closing procedures
- BOH operations and cash up duties
- leading a team by example
- being a good delegator
- Strong customer service skills
- Passion for the industry
- desire to grow and develop into a manager role
- experience In bookings and event co-ordination
