Señor Ceviche is a Peruvian restaurant located just off Regent Street in Soho. We specialise in serving fresh ceviche, Peruvian barbecue and cocktails. Our menus focus on Peru’s diverse and exciting cooking techniques, with Japanese, Chinese and European influences.
We are passionate about everything we do at Señor Ceviche, from using the freshest products available, to providing new and exciting dishes at an accessible price. Having received media praise since our launch a year ago, including Restaurant of the Week and Top 10 dishes in London by Time Out magazine, we are looking for a super keen and ambitious Supervisor to join our young and growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking develop their career in hospitality further. We are a young ambitious team, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about food, hospitality, and most importantly, cares about the restaurant's guests and the people they work with. We will provide full training on all aspects of the business, which will include food, wine and cocktail tasting, and we will provide on going training on all of our systems.
