A Supervisor at Lots Road, Pub and Dining Room will achieve the following:

Drink and Food development and sales
Cash handling
Stock controls
Team management, incentives and procedures.
Training and development
Key holding and site security
Maintenance
Financial development

Relevant experience in hospitality is required. We are looking for someone who wishes to take the next step into management and feels they will benefit from ongoing development and training, whilst also providing new ideas to grow the business.
