Plough Way Cafe is a stylish and ambitious Italian restaurant located in the fast growing area between Rotherhithe and Deptford. We are 7 minutes walk from Surrey Quays overground station and 15 minutes walk from Canada Water Station.

We are serving a high quality Italian menu prepared by our team of mainly Italian chefs. Our restaurant has a glamorous feel with 100 sq m of Italian marble.

We call this launch a “cafe” but our main focus is on delivering top quality Italian lunch and evening menus that major on great ingredients cooked with passion for discerning locals.
We are looking for a full time, experienced supervisor to join us as soon as possible.
About The Role

The key duties for the Supervisor are:
·Directing the team on shifts
·Driving high standards of service and responsiveness to customers.
·Doing opening and closings
·Being knowledgeable about Italian food and wine.
Hours of Work: All working shifts end before midnight.
Salary / Benefits
·We will pay a competitive salary of around £12 per hour.
·Additional benefits are high quality daily meal.
