Koshari Street is an Egyptian Street Food concept with 2 outlets in central London. We are looking for a motivated, talented and enthusiastic Shift leader to help us grow the business further and see out our true potential.
The ideal candidate will take charge full time of our shop in St. Martins Lane. However, we can consider part time candidates. Shifts between Monday to Sunday mainly between 10.30am - 10pm. Two 2 -3 days off per week. Availability on Weekends required.
Skills required:

Sales talent
Responsible and able to take charge of the location and a further team member.
Honest and reliable
Strong work ethics
Meeting food and health and safety requirements.
Preferably experience in a similar environment proving service and handling food. However, internal training will be provided.

Benefits:
£8,15 To start and up to £9.25 after training and taking full responsibility, free lunch food, 28 days paid annual leave including bank holiday. Sales bonuses.
