We are looking for a people person, someone with a high street brand experience, someone with a FABULOUS personality, great ATTENTION to DETAIL as well as extremely WELL ORGANISED.
This is a great site with an established team in need of another charismatic person to complete their management team.
You
Will have bags of experience in branded or independent restaurants and bars with full service, with an extra passion for the bar side of things.
Have an obsession with perfection and strive to be the best at everything you do.
Are a hands on, sleeves up kind of person, who can lead and inspire an established team with integrity and passion.
Love an early morning sunrise as much as a beautiful sunset – we are open from early until late every day.
