We are a small but growing pub company and we are looking for and enthusiastic and ambitious supervisor / trainee assistant manager to join us at The Fulham Mitre.
All our food is fresh and our menus are created in-house. This is a fast-growing business, and although we embrace the fun at work, the success has largely been driven by a strong, hard-working team.
We are looking for somebody who is organised and very passionate about food, drink and service and has a background in gastro pubs, bars or restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have high service standards; a positive attitude; broad product knowledge (Beers, wines, cocktails, food etc.); a meticulous approach to front and back of house organisation; excellent personal presentation; good interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with staff and training.
