Urban Pubs and Bars are seeking a superstar Sales and Events Manager who is seeking a fresh challenge? We are looking for a person with a passion to drive sales within the group alongside two other Sales and Event Managers.
Within the role we expect you to drive additional revenue through the introduction of new customers and proactive outreach as well as being exceptionally organised managing all bookings for 3-4 of the groups sites. We are looking for someone who ticks all these boxes….
 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales and Events Manager.
 experience in converting enquires into sales.
 experience and knowledge of outreach/lead generating activity.
 Excellent communication skills and customer service.
 Knowledge of Design My Night - Collins booking system.
 To be able to work as part of a team.
Sales and Events Managers responsibilities will include…
 Achievement of quarterly revenue targets.
 Work alongside the General Managers creating a sales activity plan.
 Deal with corporate businesses and event organizers to generate new business
and increase private event bookings.
 To provide a solid after sales relationship with customers to maximize return
business.
