With large expansion plans for the year, we are looking to aggressively grow our team with like minded, motivated and self starting individuals.
As a Lettings Manager, you will need to:
Maximize revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch.
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
New business focused role, applicants must have strong ability to source new business and keep stock levels up.
Carrying out Market Appraisals on Residential Properties and converting them into new instructions for the company.
Self-generating your own leads, devising communication strategies, identifying new opportunities and responding to ensure new business is generated regularly.
Keeping a close eye on the local market and competitor activity, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
Managing Landlord relationships throughout the valuation, marketing and letting process.
Maximize branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience.
Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
Display high standards of service and presentation.
Have good organisational skills
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
Be a car owner with a full driving licence.
Be insured for business use
Have the legal right to work in the UK
