The ideal candidates should have previous experience of at least a year in a quality kitchen, especially working in high volume restaurants who enjoy the fast pace and demands of a very busy kitchen. They should have the ability to work effectively under pressure with necessary flexibility. All candidates should have experience in Italian cuisine.
