Subway Sandwich Artist

The franchisee operates to the highest standards thus we are seeking exceptional staff that can cope with the demands of a fairly new store in Greater London.
Must be eligible to work in the UK. Must be flexible to work all shifts. Must be a team player.
Full time workers preferred but we do have some part time vacancies.
We are looking for Sandwich Artists with any previous work experience in catering or customer service.
The Sandwich Artist® greets the guests, prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional customer service, the ability to follow procedures diligently and till management is a key component of this position.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.
Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from guests and makes change.
Performs Cash-In Procedure- accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc, during the shift.
Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual.

Prerequisites:

Good communication skills, needs to work well in a team, be able to do shift work, needs to enjoy dealing with the general public and be able to work under pressure.
Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions in English.

Manager - Marketing

Primarily task is to conduct marketing activities - internal and external with the objective of sales growth.
Applicant should possess good communication skills and have a natural flair for marketing.
Applicant should be comfortable in seeking appointments in the nearby points of interest for the promotion and presentation of Subway Offerings.
Prefer experienced in the field of marketing but not mandatory.
Applicant is also expected to share the store operational responsibilities as and when required, due training will be provided.
Experienced Sandwich Artists and Store Supervisors are welcome to apply.
