A British educational company London Education Group is looking for teachers in the following subjects to teach in a secondary school in Kazakhstan:
• Business Studies for A-Level
• History of International affairs for A-Level
• Science for Key Stage 2, 3 and 4
• English as a Foreign Language for 9 to 15 years
London Education Group has partnering schools in Almaty and Astana where it provides British curriculum throughout the academic year with British qualified teachers.
Job period:
From 1st of September 2021 till 30th of May 2022.
Preferred requirements for successful candidates:
• Bachelor of Education, or
• BA/BSc with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or
• Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education (PGCE)
• TEFL/CELTA certificates for English teachers
• Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience
Skills required:
• The ability to inspire and motivate
• The ability to manage classes and deal with challenging behaviour
• Creativity to design activities and materials
• IT, organisational and planning skills
Working hours:
25 teaching hours per week and 10 hours per week for lesson planning and marking. Total 35 hours working per week.
Salary and benefits:
Salary 1,200 - 2,000 British pounds per month depending on the subject taught, qualifications and teaching experience.
