MNM Property Services Ltd is a well-established maintenance company working within the social housing sector on pre-planned and reactive maintenance works. We are currently experiencing rapid growth across all our contracts and we are recruiting for teams to do price works and work in North and East London.
Your main duties will be minor refurbishment works in tenanted and void properties in social housing sector including carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, flooring basic electric and basic plumbing.
The successful candidates must be very customer-focused and be able to communicate effectively with clients and tenants. experience of working on contracts within the social housing sector would be an asset.
As a subcontractor you should:

Have your own transport and  tools
Be able to supply your own materials
Have appropriate Public Liability Insurance.

We can provide all year round workload and the opportunity to use our materials.
Rates are dependent on location and trades covered and they are to be discussed in the interview.
