TLA Studio is a busy, friendly and creative architecture and interior design practice with an exciting portfolio of private high-end residential projects located in London, the UK and abroad.
We are seeking a new studio manager/personal assistant to join our award winning London practice on a full time basis.
The studio manager will support the two directors of the company, managing both professional and personal matters and daily operations of the studio as well as providing assistance to the rest of the team. The work varies from day to day and therefore we are looking for a proactive and professional all-rounder. The main duties include, but are not limited to:
• PA support (diary management, travel and administrative tasks)
• Secretarial and administrative (arranging meetings, minute taking, proof reading)
Human Resources (contracts, timesheets, inductions)
• Office management (stationery, supplies, facilities management)
• Financial (expense reconciliation, invoicing)
• Social media, PR and marketing (Twitter, Houzz, Facebook etc)
At least three years’ previous PA/administrative experience is essential. The successful applicant will need to hit the ground running so a disciplined fast learner with an intuitive work ethic is a must.
Essential skills and experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate IT and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure
Salary circa 28-30k dependent on experience with 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
