To deliver excellent customer service, at all times To greet all clients and moderators, making sure they have all signed in and out correctly To make sure the viewing room is set up for enough viewers and the catering requested has been ordered/prepared To make sure the studio is set up as the client/moderator has requested and you communicate regularly with the IT technicians.
To greet all respondents, making sure they have signed the appropriate documents prior to research starting and prior to being paid To set up the respondent waiting area for enough respondents and to make sure that catering requested has been ordered/prepared To answer all incoming calls/emails related to your booking and to pass on messages efficiently To assist in keeping the studios, client rooms, respondent waiting areas and toilets clean and tidy, at all times To deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail To be responsible for ensuring client/respondent lists are readily accessible during evacuations, in cases of emergency To adhere to all company policies and procedures To carry out instructions given by your management team.
