JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Part time Lettings Assistant in letting agency
- Centrally located in Wandsworth SW18
- Requires own transport: car or motorbike (clean driving license)
- Pay rate £8.50 per hour
- Approximately 15-20 hours per week (depending on preference)
- Requires work one weekday afternoon / evening and Saturday daytime
- Computer literacy: Microsoft office etc
- Would suit a STUDENT
BACKGROUND:
Friendly positive person required to assist in all aspects of a small friendly independent lettings business. We are Arla approved agents.
It will be an excellent experience for anyone interested in making property a future career, or getting first exposure to the property market or to running a business.
The job is flexible and would suit a student at university. We require a professional attitude and high standards; we are friendly to work with and are flexible over hours and working conditions. YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT and we pay mileage.

- Excellent telephone manner
TIME COMMITMENT:
- Part time and flexible hours between 15-20 hours per week
- Will include one weekday afternoon / evening and Saturday daytime
TASKS OUT OF OFFICE:
- Property viewings with tenants
- Property inspections incl check ins and check outs
- Preparing inventories and check out reports (software based)
- Basic photography and drawing up floorplans
- Flying leaflets and running errands as needed
TASKS IN OFFICE:
- Responding to enquiries and booking viewings
- Data entry to PC (databases, spreadsheets or scanning)
- Uploading info to websites
- Managing administration related to inspections, check ins and check outs
