This is not your typical apprentice or junior level role. You will not be getting coffee for the management team or photocopying in a back office!
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be working on one of our lead projects, instantly having the opportunity to impress us with your ability to hit customer service and sales targets.
Working directly with our client's target audience - either via business to business, business to consumer or retail setting you will act as a brand ambassador - providing outstanding customer services while completing sales processes.
We want smart, proactive team members.
We are a small business and we're growing rapidly which means our customer service assistants are expected to be flexible towards their day to day duties and enjoy the organised mayhem!
You will be exposed to working on our lead accounts instantly so you will have every opportunity to impress us and our clients right from day one. Top performers will have the option to take on team lead and supervisor roles within 2-3 months.
