Canham Restaurant and Haberdashers bar in East Sheen Village requires an experienced full time Chef de Partie that can hold their own and show initiative and responsibility.
We run a seasonal and constantly changing menu using excellent ingredients. We have received excellent reviews since we opened and are looking for somebody with the drive and passion to help maintain our high standards.
- You will have worked a similar role before in an established kitchen cooking at a similar level.
- You will assist in and run sections alongside senior staff.
- You will help in creating set menus and constantly changing a la carté menu.
- You will show an interest in advancing your skills and developing up to Junior Sous Chef level and beyond.
Salary on offer is £21k plus generous tronc for 7 shifts a week including weekends with 28 days holiday per annum.
