In the time that MILK has been open it has built a cult like following. We have become known as one the most progressive and forward thinking cafes in London. Our approach to food and coffee has been hugely popular and we are very proud to be
expanding MILK into neighbouring location to double our capacity to meet demand. This a hugely exciting time at milk and you will be starting out with us in our shiny new restaurant!
With MILK receiving numerous awards including being selected as the Time Out ‘Editor’s Choice’ Best Cafe in London and recommendations in The Good Food Guide ’14, Vogue UK, Elle UK and Grazia, we have laid the foundations for our exciting and ambitious company to continue in it’s growth.
Chefs are very important to MILK. We are incredibly busy and it is important that we have a tight team. We place a huge emphasis on development of our chefs creatively and the sharing of ideas. We are inclusive and believe in the strength of fostering creativity and team work.
We are incredibly proud of what our kitchen team produces and we aim to serve the most creative, forward thinking and undeniably delicious food we possibly can. We have a focus on small independent suppliers and use only the best products.
With the advent of our re-opening we will also be serving a selection of bold and modern Natural Wines and Craft Beers.
We serve specialty coffees roasted by Workshop Coffee Co and Koppi.

Excellent Tips.
Technical ability, experience, attitude and work ethic are primary considerations. A grounding in antipodean/austral asian hospitality and keen interest in food cultures and trends are necessary for senior positions.
