Fantastic opportunity for a bright person to join a busy and fast growing company in the holiday apartment rental industry. Our team based in London is dynamic and ambitious. Our clients fly from across the world to stay in our high end apartments all located in central London.
The role is based in Strand, a five minute walk from Charing Cross and Temple station. We are looking for someone to join as an administrator on our customer service and bookings team that deals with all enquiries from many sources and ongoing client support. Dealing with fast moving customer service issues. Strong admin skills are essential and persuasion skills are a must.
You must be flexible in your work approach, dedicated to client service, must be super organised and have bags of initiative.
Your telephone manner and command of English language (written and spoken) should be strong. You should be able to engage with our clients over the telephone and through written forms as well as face to face.
You should be able to deal with all kinds of customer service queries from tube delays to property maintenance.If you feel you have what it takes to join our already successful team then reply back with your CV.
