Bird of Smithfield is a beautiful 5 Storey building that has a lovely Roof terrace, 3 bars including a basement Cocktail Bar, a Private Dining Room as well as a stunning restaurant. We are currently looking for an experienced Bartender with at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role to join our Bird Crew. If you are enthusiastic, passionate and looking for a role that is both challenging and rewarding then look no further. As a bartender you are an integral member of the team who will be working closely with the team and your job will include maintaining high quality bar service, something that Bird of Smithfield prides itself on in order to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience to all of our guests.
Our ideal candidate is strong, bubbly, outgoing, Smiley and knowledgeable.
All successful candidates will undertake a training program which will bring you up to speed with the way we do things. You will be required to learn and understand all of our food and drink menus and to get on board with company culture.
