• Achieves strategic teams objectives defined by company management to include meeting targets for performance in line with criteria defined by schools and college partners.
• Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
• Managing the daily operations of the street team.
• Scheduling of work locations for all street team members, team leaders and senior team leaders on a daily basis.
• Ensure the street team members follow all operational procedures.
• Working with the Administration Manager to ensure accurate payroll reporting.
• Recruiting and hiring new talent as necessary in line with Company guidelines
• Responsibility for training new members of staff including health and safety policies and company objectives.
• On-going responsibility for staff training
• Responsible for team discipline and dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues in line with company policy. To include recommendations for demotion and firing for breaches of discipline and poor performance
• Responsible for determining a suitable management structure in line with company policy and good Human Resources practice
• Responsible for initiating promotion of staff in line with company policy.
