About Us
We run Mother Clucker, London’s BEST fried chicken emporium.
We are looking for a full time chef for our London Bridge site, who will also be able to work with the operations team to maintain the daily smooth running of this busy site.
About the Role
- Preparing and cook orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring food quality is up to standard.
- Ensuring cleanliness and H and S adhered to.
- Adhere to MC cooking techniques (don’t worry, there’s training!)
- Ordering stock from CPU
- Level 2 or 3 Food Safety preferred but not essential.
- Salary from £10.00 depending on experience.

About You
- You must be reliable, hard working and a team player.
- You must be organised and have 2 years experience in fast paced kitchen/street food environment.
- You must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Good standard of English required as you will also be interacting with customers.
