We are looking for a friendly, proactive and responsible Grill Cook to be in charge of the grills of our stall. We are a street food market stall in central London. We are looking for a *team member* who will enjoy the benefits of working Monday to Friday until 4.30pm. Weekends and evenings will be all yours.
Main duties :
- Set up a stall in the morning and break it down in the afternoon (physical lifting involved)
- Chop meat (Chicken and Beef)
-Grill meat on the griddle quickly and efficiently, being able to serve 100 + portions within an hour and a half on average.
- Keep the stall area clean and tidy,
- Clean griddle properly and stall area before closing.
- Be able to multitask and have an eye for detail , be able to work without supervision and helping colleagues with oher tasks.
-Important to be organised, fast and aware of cooking times.
*Work is outdoors and involves some lifting, washing up and cleaning. No time wasters please!*
It's an advantage if you have a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering.
*Preferably non-smokers due to the nature of the job.
