We are looking for an experienced street food assistant to join our busy market at Leather Lane, Holborn. Along with 2 other assistants, your main duties are.

Unloading equipment from the Van
Salad, Sauce and Food Prep
Cooking on the grill
Serving customers i.e making wraps and rice boxes.
Cleaning and reloading the van

We will only review applications from candidates who have past experience of preparing food. All applicants must have a good understanding of English and hold a valid work permit.
The location is Leather Lane, Chancery Lane EC1N 7TR. Days are Weds - Fri (Mon to Fri from mid August) and pay range between £8.50 - £10 depending on experience and trial. Hours are 8:30am up to 3:30pm. Perks also include a drinks allowance and lunch from Tikkarito.
