28 Is a new steak concept by the Ladle and Skillet team. Deriving its name from 28 day dry-aged on the bone and 100% grass-fed British heritage meat, 28 will be opening a number of kiosks and restaurants in London. Our first kiosk is opening late May in Pop Brixton.
You: lively personality, loves interacting with people, genuine love of and knowledge of good food, previous street-food or grill experience an advantage, excellent clear English and able to add up! Must love and appreciate good meat. Good initiative, confident, happy, really good at staying cool when the queue gets long. Great at mucking in with the team – and equally happy cooking up a storm and serving front-of-house.
Pop kiosk will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 11pm – midnight, full-time work opportunities exist. Expect evening and weekend work. You can also expect progression opportunities as we grow.
We also have a well-established street-food business and opportunities exist to spend some of the time working at other markets, festivals or private events.
