Salt Shed is a fast growing street food. We currently trade at markets at Greenwich Market, Kerb KX and Druid Street Market but are always taking on more work and need staff.
You should be passionate and willing to work hard. The street food business can be extremely fast paced and tough at times, but can also be fun and has benefits that include eating for free at some of the best street food traders that London has to offer.
Preferably we would want someone who is keen to;
- Setting up the pitch
- Prepping and handling food
- Grilling on a charcoal BBQ
- Interact with customers
- Cleaning
- And more
All are welcome to apply with a CV but those with experience in the industry and level 2 food hygiene certificate would be ideal. Full and adequate training will be given but we are looking for someone to fit in quickly and grow with the company long term and potentially take on a higher role.
