The Trafalgar Tavern is looking for a motivated and friendly Restaurant Receptionist with the right attitude and flair to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the operation at our beautiful restaurant situated in the heart of maritime Greenwich.
You must be passionate in delivering and conveying service excellence both in person and over the phone - this role requires you to provide a warm and friendly meeting and greeting service and to take reservations. As a Restaurant Receptionist, you must be fully conversant with all of our menus within the Restaurant.
Communication with guests, restaurant, kitchen staff and managers is key so a good command of the English language, both spoken and written is a must. A polite and professional attitude and the ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills would also be ideal.
