Yamagoya is a Japanese Ramen restaurant originated from Fukuoka, Japan, which is the birthplace of the famous Tonkotsu Ramen. With a small humble beginning back in 1969, it now has over 160 restaurants all over the world. After a successful launch of Yamagoya Pop Up in London’s West End, now we are opening our first permanent site on The Cut near Waterloo Station. This will be a Japanese Takeaway concept which will offer a wide range of Japanese food menu.
Our team is looking for full time Store Supervisor who will assist a Store Manager in supervising and motivating our Team Members to deliver excellent customer satisfaction in our authentic Japanese cuisine. The nature of the service will be fast paced and customer experience focused.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Assist the store manager to drive the business performance of the shop.
• Ensure the Team will meet the service, health and safety standards.
• Support the development of Team Rota to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of our operation.
• Collaborate with the store manager to monitor and ensure that our team receive required and regular training to optimize customer experience.
Required experience:
• Either have been Store Supervisor or Strong team member.
• Standards orientated with an eye for detail
• Excellent customer service skill
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety
• Positive attitude and good communication skill
