We are Looking for a FULL TIME supervisor to efficiently assist in the smooth running of all aspects of our Camden Town (London) Store.
Ideally coming from a retail background, with a track record of exceeding sales targets, with YES! Attitude , hands-on and going the extra mile at delivering outstanding customer service. MUST live locally.
-Must be target driven and sales focused
-Achieving the company objectives through the use of KPI targets
-Excellent customer service, improving the business performance and realise objectives through supporting the effective management and development of the people in your team.
-Working with the Manager to coach, inspire and lead a well-motivated, professional team.
-Provide a deputising service for the Store Manager and assume his/her responsibilities in running the store in their absence.
- The successful candidates will be flexible and have a natural passion in selling.
