Regency Beauty London are looking for a Manager for a well established Beauty Salon near Westfield Stratford Shopping Center.
The core of the role will be ensuring five star service is offered at all times, along with driving turnover. The ideal candidate must have worked in a management role in the Beauty or retail industry and be driven, ambitious, personable and business orientated.
You will be responsible for :
-Maintaining high standards of customer service and focus throughout the business.
-Interviewing ang hiring new team members.
- Managing performance in accordance with company procedures.
-Ensuring and motivating the team to achieve their monthly targets through great communication, mentoring and leading by example.
-Assist with the new starter training programs.
- Managing and forecasting retail stock levels and ordering products.
-Implementing and proactively updating the Rota to ensure adequate staffing at all times to maximize revenues.
-Keeping track of daily, weekly and monthly figures.
- Banking cash and dealing with suppliers.
-Ensure a five star experience is delivered to every client at all times and seeking customer feedback and testimonials.
Requirements:
- 3 + Years of front line management in a retail services business.
- Strong people management skills and good numeracy.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Have lots of initiative and thrive working under pressure.
- Proficient in using booking system along with previous experience in a Salon booking system would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and motivated
- Fully flexible working ability
