D’o Kitchen, a fun and trendy, ambitious and rewarding sourdough pizza and artisan Café, is seeking for a General Manager to be in charge of the store to ensure the store is well run and its members are pumped up and motivated.
The right person will have worked in a quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, are great with people and can’t wait to do well. The suitable person has also dealt with food suppliers, is aware of terms such as Revenue and COGS and other KPIs as well as comfortable with all Microsoft Office applications and has used EPOS before.
Very important that the right person is positive and has a great attitude towards work and his colleagues.
