Store Manager Opportunity - Sugar Sin
Sugar Sin is a fast growing premium sweet shop brand. We are looking for a Store Manger for our Covent Garden store to help grow our retail business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager looking for the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate should be a natural sales and people person with a strong commercial mind set. You must love being on the shop floor and work with a small team and build team spirit. You have the ability to juggle lots of things at once and have fantastic planning and organisation skills.
Key responsibilities include;
- Day-to-day management of the store
- Maximizing sales by realising opportunity and maximizing profits.
- Managing and coaching a small store team and building team spirit.
- Driving excellent customer service.
- Ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Completing paperwork and sales reports for Head Office
