* RESPONSIBILITIES *
◈ TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL SKILLS
Be an ambassador of our brand values.
Manage a team of 5 people.
Enforce our company policy.
Understand financial KPIs.
Respect budget targets.
Be creative and find ways to develop the turnover.
Ensure the best quality of service and participating to the whole operation from welcoming the client to her/his checkout.
Optimise the quality and the follow-up of service.
Create and develop customer loyalty.
Maintain direct contacts with the VIP and loyal customers.
Handle potential delicate situations with clients.
Supervise the orders and billings.
Check the quality of products on sale.
Handle the stocks on the shop and assure permanent restock of the display
◈ MANAGEMENT / SUPERVISORY STAFF
Collect and spread information
Control the hygiene, conducts and uniforms of the staff and the good presentation of the point of sale according to the procedures of the shop and the HACCP norms.
Welcome and train the new employees
Organize rotas
Check if the standards of quality and the procedures of service are respected. Check if both the packaging and merchandising guidelines are respected.
Lead the daily briefings
Work with other branches to optimise staff level
*SKILLS REQUIRED*
Excellent presentation and manner of speaking.
Good social skills and a developed sense of clients.
Autonomy
Organisation
Detail oriented
Professional English
Particular sensitivity to the luxury values
Perfect sales technique
Basic computer / Tills system knowledge
HACCP and Hygiene / Training appreciated
French may be useful but is not mandatory. However, you will have to cope with a French environment where sqome of the softwares and corporate emails may sometimes be in French.
