Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Receiving goods.
• Unpacking stock and storing.
• Order management.
• Picking, preparing and packing deliveries.
• Inventory management.
• Creating and updating product catalogue.
• Enhancing e-store listings (Descriptions/Images/Price) to ensure that products offerings remain current and up-to-date.
• Provide support through emails to customers to ensure highest customer ratings.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports.
• Social media marketing, promotions, content creation, sending out emails/newsletters and other communications.
Skills Required:
• The Candidate must have excellent Communication Skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of MS Excel is a must have.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and online store.
• Knowledge of e-marketing, online advertisement and social media marketing.
• 5 A-C GCSE's or equivalent MUST have minimum (English C and Maths C).
• Can demonstrate extensive relevant knowledge.
• Strong team player.
• Quick learner.
Desirable: experience of managing Amazon, eBay and/or web stores.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Hours: 25.5 hrs – 40 hours.
Location: London/Canary Wharf/Docklands.
