Your role You will be supporting the Store Leadership Team with the day to day operations of the store. In this role you`ll be central to how efficiently the stores operates within the Region and the wider retail estate. Responsibilities The main responsibilities of the role are:- You`ll be providing a full, confidential service and support to ensure smooth running of the Store to enable the Store Leader to carry out their duties efficiently.- Ownership of all property related issues and to ensure these are managed effectively and in a timely manner.- You`ll be responsible for stock control, this will include but not limited to monthly stock takes, stock replenishment, stock returns, customer repairs and merchandising. - Accountability for display planograms, hero bays and inspire zones. - Be the central co-coordinator for the teams weekly scheduling to ensure we have the right people at the right time.- Communicate general information throughout the team as required, and take lead from leadership team on any key focus areas. - Having a flexible approach to your work will be essential for this role. Demonstrable experience- Excellent organisation and communication skills.- Good computer skills - particularly Power Point and Excel. - This person will have a `can do` attitude, spirit and willingness to help with varied requests.- Confidentiality at all levels is an absolute must!- Ability to think on your feet and manage several requests at one time.
