About the role:
As a Retail Team Member, you will require energy and shed-loads of confidence as you will be working in a fast paced and fun environment as part of a supportive team. This role is part time and back of house, helping with keeping items stocked up. This role involves heavy lifting.
Ideally you’ll have worked in similar back of house, food, restaurant or café environments before or you’ll simply have a passion for good food so that the basics come easily to you. We are open 7 days a week so being able to work flexibly is vital.
You’ll also have a unique opportunity to work with people who truly enjoy what they do as well as the prospect of learning interesting stuff about our farm, our ingredients, our produce, our culture and what makes us special.
Responsibilities:
•Share and deliver an amazing food experience to our customers.
•Deliver fantastic produce and outstanding Store, Cafe and Kitchen cleanliness.
•Learning about our products/production.
•Keeping shelves appropriately stocked and ensuring store is neat.
