Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveyor x 4 to join our team in London. The successful applicants will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £32,500 - £36,000 per annum.

As a part of a new directorate we are investing in our stock condition data. As the Stock Condition Surveyor you will play a critical part in helping deliver  excellent services to our customers and providing the data to help shape the investment we undertake in our properties.
Knowledge/experience/skills required by the Stock Condition Surveyor:
Essential
- Construction Related Degree or 3 year stock condition surveying and construction experience
- Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to continuing professional development.
- Relevant professional qualification or significant stock surveying experience
- Report writing skills both technical and non-technical
- Knowledge of residential construction, both refurbishment and new build
- Construction Health and Safety knowledge
- Good IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office and ability  to manage the stock condition data base and provide reports
- Ability work in a team
- Technical expertise sufficient to understand complex issues in construction, engineering and maintenance
- Numerate with the ability to provide budget costing to assist in technical decisions, for example disposals
Desirable knowledge/experience/skills required by the Stock Condition Surveyor:
- Knowledge of Keystone
- Professional Qualification
