Position: Stock Assistant
Responsible to: Head of Events and Stock Manager.
Fr Events is a professional Fundraising events management company specialising in raising funds for charities in the UK. Established in 2007, we are the leading fundraising partner for over 50 charities in the UK. Our dynamic team strives to change the face of fundraising by focusing on service, creativity and results. We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our Silent Auction events team, ideal for someone who’s interesting in starting in the fundraising industry and have an interest in helping charities, handling sports and entertainment memorabilia.
Role: Stock Control Assistant
experience/Abilities:
Proactive
Well presented
Able to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good English (speaking and Written)
High level of computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Able to use own indicatives
Team player
Roles and Responsibilities of Assistant the Stock Manager will include, but not limited to:
Stock Control
Assisting with inventory
Communicate with Account Managers regarding stock allocation and in turn framers and suppliers.
Deliveries and shipping
Liaising and strong communications with clients and suppliers.
Damage control
Updating Petrus / in house stock system
Liaising daily with account managers and team.
Event Admin
Must be able to drive
Working at events, including a few evenings and weekends.
