You will be responsible for a team of 6 chefs and 4 porters covering breakfast, lunch, teas and dinner plus room service and 4 private function rooms as well as daily staff meals for the hotel and a bar menu.
The role is very hands on with the Head Chef expected to cook and run the service.  As a hotel with all members of staff and management working closely together, an approachable, co-operative, calm and empathetic personality is vital to the smooth running of the kitchen and business.
Strong financial acumen to maintain and achieve all costings and computer literacy.
You must have a stable background within Non Branded hotels and classically trained along with excellent spoken and written English The position is available immediately and 1st stage interviews have opened.
