Are you looking for an exciting opportunity that provides both challenges and rewards?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Staffing Team within the Catering Department. The successful candidate will take ownership of the administration and coordination of catering staffing at Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) for all Meetings and Events (M and E) business; ensuring that staff (casual and agency) of the highest calibre are resourced at all times.
The Staffing Coordinator will also assist the Assistant Staffing Manager in the successful delivery of the Staffing function, and to assist with all cricket events, recruitment, training, payroll, uniform, accommodation, taxi bookings and general office administration when necessary. The role requires a commitment to staff welfare, financial awareness, and adherence to MCC policies and procedures and current legislation at all times.

Essential Criteria:
* The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, along with strong administration and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as the successful candidate will be interacting with a diverse range of people, both internally and externally.
* In addition, the ideal candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude, and will be customer service focused, hardworking and approachable.
* Strong IT skills are essential; along with the ability to prioritise and organise workloads, and to work to tight deadlines.
* Flexibility is required for attendance on cricket match days and working extended hours, including weekends, as required.
* Catering operational experience is beneficial, but is not a prerequisite. Similarly, an interest in cricket is helpful, but not essential.

* A positive and proactive approach to all elements of the role,
* Responsibility for their own actions and outputs,
* Be respectful to all MCC employees, casual workers, Members and visitors,
