Award winning independent bar and pub operator Barworks is currently seeking part time bar staff to join our busy East London flagship, the Well and Bucket.
The Well and Bucket is a much loved, and popular East London pub. A multi-faceted business, focusing on craft beer and spirits, alongside a sea food menu of oysters and lobsters on the main bar, with a cocktail bar housed in the basement offering a fine array of drinks in a warm environment.
We are looking for employees with good working knowledge or interest in craft Beers, Ales, wines, spirits, cocktails and experience with food service and working with a kitchen team. Full training on our product range is offered, but a passion and keen interest in craft Beers and spirits is necessary.
We offer excellent training and development opportunities, on top of a structured pay scheme dependent on passing relevant training levels. Basic starting rates are £8 per hour for all employees, with the potential to rise after completing probationary training to £9 an hour. Further benefits also include group discount on food and drink.
