We are a busy country pub serving freshly cooked food, fine  drinks, alongside good service. We may be within striking distance of London, but we are in a country location. Lots of rural charm, dogs, horses, fresh air and open space. As summer comes we are looking to expand our opening hours. We require the following:
Commis chef -
We are looking for someone young, and enthusiastic to join our team, who is willing to learn.
The following roles will be expected of you:
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef.
Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
experience is necessary, this job could suit someone on their travels looking to bank some cash for a few months, or indeed longer.
PAY - An hourly rate for every hour you work, dependent on experience, free live in accommodation, and a fair share of the tips.
Front of house -
We are looking for someone young, and enthusiastic to join our team, who is willing to learn.
The following roles will be expected of you:
Being a friendly and engaging face with all customers, showing enthusiasm and willingness to ensure great customer service.
Serving drinks and food to customers, and taking orders.
Helping to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Helping to prepare orders, and helping to put away deliveries.
Assisting the manager in all day to day activities required in the running of a pub.
