Skills
• Previous retail management experience of at least 1 years within food and hospitality industry
• Food Safety and H and S Level 2 minimum
• Previous experience of managing and developing teams
• Proven track record of good budget controls, forecasts and understanding P and L’s
• Fully aware of all Legislative requirements as well as good commercial awareness e.g. Employment Law, Health and Safety and Cash Management Knowledge and administration required to ensure compliance.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office
