Job Summary
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests, by welcoming and warmly greeting guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes.
Serve guests, provide refills as needed. Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.
Responsibilities and Duties
Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Café Brera.
Warmly and graciously greet all guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls.
Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, bar staff, and guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed.
Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and clean restrooms when necessary.
Take and prepare to-go orders.
Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages.
Order or requisition supplies and equipment for tables and serving stations.
Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
Clear tables after guests, wipe tables or seats.
Prepare checks that itemise and total meal costs and sales taxes.
Working hours: Full time, 5 days 2 days off, weekend too.

Qualifications and Skills
experience in a similar type of restaurant/hospitality sector.
Knowledge of service and food and beverage, with at least 1 year of experience.
