We welcome applications for Roller Skating Coaches and Trainee Coaches to work at our differing clubs and projects throughout London a casual basis – this could be for a short specified period or to cover on an ad-hoc basis when we have and increase in events and projects.
Good communication and organisation skills are essential. A sport and/or fitness qualification, first aid qualification and some relevant experience would all be desirable, but are not essential.

1. PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the role is to provide high quality coaching (to individuals and groups) whilst showing good customer care to all members. This post will have responsibility for planning, implementing and evaluating all members either within a group context or on a 1-2-1 basis.
Ensure that all health and safety aspects of coaching are carried out in accordance with Rolla Dome All Skate procedures, current legislation, child protection policy, coaching responsibilities and follow set procedures in the coaches’ information file.
To ensure adequate planning has been done and that a development programme is in place for the remainder of the term / course.
To keep attendance and monitoring records of each session.
To ensure the facility being used is set up prior to the commencement of the session and that all equipment is safe and ready to use.
To start and finish sessions on time and to wear appropriate uniform and foot wear when coaching.
To assist management in ensuring all customers have paid the appropriate fees for any lesson that is carried out.
To pass on feedback from members relating to any aspect of the service to management, ensuring that the Rolla Dome All Skate policies and procedures are observed.
To carry out the responsibilities of the post having regard to the Rolla Dome All Skate policies and procedures as well as additional guidelines as laid out in the Coaches Information file.
