We are looking for experienced male and female carers to join our highly motivated and dynamic team of care and support staff. If you have experience delivering complex needs care, are a health care assistant or have some clinical or nurse training or experience, we want to hear from you. You will be working as part of a team supporting a client who lives in their own home and who has a range of health issues including physical, sensory and learning disabilities. Person Specifications:
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Able to work in Islington/ Haringey/ Enfield areas
• experience in any of the following: suctioning, PEG care, pressure care, continence care, medication, Physio exercises,
• Committed to delivering high quality of care and support for clients who have complex needs
• experience of working alongside parents, carers, SALT, Physio, OT, Community Nurses and Psychiatrists for example
• “can do” attitude
• Good conversation skills
• Flexible, reliable and adaptable
