Spanish Speaking Office Assistant

We are looking for a confident and dynamic person to answer phones, make direct calls, take messages, and be first point of contact in a busy multinational Soho Office.
Additional duties will be to assist in administrative tasks within the office and adding information onto our database and similar tasks. We would like someone who is willing to learn our operations, assist with work scheduling and grow within the company. Your duties will include:
• Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting with organising and scheduling maintenance work within our client data base
• Updating our existing database
• General office administrative duties
A background in a related fields would be useful but not mandatory, however a desire to learn is a must. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
The successful applicant must have:
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Desire to succeed and grow within the organisation
• Flexibility to work to what is needed, not what is scheduled
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Good level of English language
