A lovely family of four are looking for a Spanish speaking after school nanny  to join their family in Chiswick, London W4, who can also house and pet sit for them over periods when they are travelling.
Family Background
This is a lovely family of 4 with two girls aged 11 and.
8. The family have a five bedroom home split over three floors, with a miniature schnauzer dog and an elderly cat. The children attend full time school.  The family are busy and travel regularly although you would not be travelling with them. The family goes away for 6-8 weeks spread out over the year and they would like you to house sit and care for their animals whilst they are away. The after school nanny role will start again upon their return. There will also be house sitting required in the summer holidays and over Christmas when the family goes away.
Duties
You will be looking after the two children sole charge.  Picking them up from school and helping with the homework for the children, especially with learning Spanish. Helping with light housework, ironing and walking the dog so you must be pet friendly. You may occasional be asked to do shopping or run errands. Most evenings you will be expected to cook or at least to do the cooking preparation. During the house sitting periods, over Christmas (and in the summer when needed), you will be expected to care for the dog and elderly cat whilst the family is away.
Location/Accommodation
The family home is in Chiswick, London W4.  This is a live out role, however you will be living in the house during the house sitting periods.
Days/Hours

Tues, Wed, Thursday – 4-7pm for general cleaning, homework, meal preparation for children etc – total hours 9 per week.
Adhoc baby-sitting – 5-10 hours per week maximum.
Baby-sitting the kids whilst the parents are away – on an ad hoc basis - perhaps 1-2 weeks per year in total.
House-sitting / pet-sitting whilst entire family are away: 6-8 weeks per year in total - concretely for this coming Christmas period.

Languages
You must speak a good level of English, and you must speak fluent/ a very high level of Spanish.
Special Skills
Driving licence would be preferred.
Package Offered
Rate offered is from £12-15 gross per hour depending on experience of candidate. There will be an agreed day rate for when you are house sitting.  There is wiggle room for very experienced candidates.
