Spa Therapist – Full Time (40 HOURS)
£19,000 per annum + COMMISSION (10% RETAIL SALES AND UP TO 5% TREATMENTS)
We are looking for a Spa Therapist to work in our multi-award-winning Spa.
Duties and responsibilities are:
• To carry out/perform the full range of face and body treatments on the Spa menu. (training will be provided)
• To be proficient in body massage working back to back appointments and performing our signature Hammam treatment.
• To carry out consultations with clients, as required, giving advice and promoting treatments, whilst completing the appropriate consultation forms.
• To provide a professional and welcoming service, being courteous, a good listener and putting clients at ease.
• To be familiar with the Spa’s tariff and services in order to advise clients on treatments, facilities, spa programs, courses, promotions, packages and retail.
• Enthusiastically represent and support the businesses objectives through sales, attitudes and customer care.
• To present a professional level of conduct, performance and to comply with standards of appearance by wearing the correct uniform, as part of the Operations Procedures Manual.
• Participate in a staff Rota in accordance with that devised by the Therapy Supervisor, being flexible in contributing towards the provision of adequate staff cover in accordance with fluctuating business demand, including evenings and weekends.
• The Client experience: Consistently deliver to every client that enters The Spa an exceptional experience that they will be determined to repeat and to recommend to their family, friends and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in face and body treatments. Including manicures, pedicures and waxing and experience and understanding of working within a spa environment. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings (8-hour shifts).
